Mechanical Contracting
Mechanical Contracting refers to the organization and construction of a structures mechanical components. These components may include items related to the plumbing, gas, fire sprinkler systems, heating and cooling systems. At Lynx we are an all-in-on contractor, able to manage this entire aspect of the job.
Mechanical contracting, like all aspects of a construction project, is a process that starts with careful planning to determine the right tool(s) for the job and identify any risks. From there we develop plans to mitigate those risks to ensure a safe and successful project.
So what types of projects do we work on?
We do a variety of projects of all sizes in both residential and commercial applications.
We deal in Mechanical Contracting anywhere in the southern and central Okanagan including Penticton, Summerland, Okanagan Falls, Oliver, Peachland, West Kelowna, Kelowna and beyond. While we list these areas, it is by no means exhaustive as we have ventured from the coast to the Kootenays for projects.
